STUDIO RENTAL POLICIES
The Billings Open Studio policies apply to the individual initiating the rental, and to all of the guests, talent and customers associated with the shoot. By booking your session, you agree to comply with these guidelines:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Billings Open Studio does not offer refunds of any kind. If you cancel your session, you forfeit your payment. If you need to reschedule your session, please do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled booking.
The availability for rescheduling will be subject to Billings Open Studio's discretion. We have a snow day policy. If the schools are open, we are too. We do, however, take the safety of our guests very seriously. If the weather becomes excessively dangerous, we will reschedule on a case-by-case basis.
If you are late, your session will still end at the original time it is booked for. (ie. if you book from 1-2pm, and show up at 1:15, you still must be out of the studio BY 2pm) Arrivals later than 30 minutes will be considered a cancellation.

Children must be accompanied at all times in the studio and on the Kress Building property.

Studio & Furniture:
- Music/Voices are to be kept at reasonable levels
- Do not drag furniture. Doing so will scratch the floor, damage the legs, and upset the downstairs neighbors.
- You may move items around to fit your aesthetic.
- The studio must be cleaned and items/furniture put away and put back in their original position by the end of the rental period, or a $25 cleaning fee will be charged to your card on file.
-You MUST exit at the end of your rented time to ensure the next renters can use the space on time. If you do not exit at the end of your time, you will be charged by the 1/2 hour to the card on file.

Children & Cake Smashes:
- Children must be accompanied at all times in the studio and on the Kress Building property.
- Cake smashes are allowed but must be done on the plexiglass, or on the client/photographers own backdrop.
- Nothing that may stain, mark, or damage can be put on the paper backdrops
Prohibited Substances:
- No Alcohol, Smoking, Vaping, or Drug use on the studio premises.
- No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.
Fire and Restrictions:
- No burning Candles, Fire, or Flames.
- No Glitter, Sand, Paint, Tamarac Powder, mud or liquids that may mark or stain surfaces.

Content Restrictions:
No adult film production, pornography, or sex acts on the premises (boudoir shoots are permitted).
Pets Policy:
-Animals are almost always welcome please give us a heads up!
-Must be friendly, leashed, or in a crate outside of the studio and when not in photos, and are not allowed on any of the furniture unless approved otherwise in writing.​
