Billings Open Studio does not offer refunds of any kind. If you cancel your session, you forfeit your payment. If you need to reschedule your session, please do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled booking. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of payment. The availability for rescheduling will be subject to Billings Open Studio's discretion. If the schools are open (i.e. snow days), we usually are, too. If the weather becomes dangerous, we will reschedule on a case-by-case basis. Please pay attention to the weather and plan ahead for traffic and road conditions.
BOOK THE DATE, HOURS, AND ADD-ONS
With the calendar below, select how many hours you'd like, add lighting or extra backdrops to your package, and choose the best date for your schedule. Be sure to factor any clean-up and tear-downs into your booking time. You may come 10 min early to set up, but please have the studio cleaned and exited promptly at the end of your time, or you will be charged. If your rental ends at 2pm, you and your party must leave at 2pm. We often have back-to-back bookings with only 5 minutes to set up for the next rental, so please be respectful, or you will be charged for additional time to the card on file.
ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS & CHOOSE BACKDROP COLOR(S)
When booking, you will encounter a questionnaire. It will ask you a few quick questions so that we can prepare for your photo shoot and go over our rental agreement to ensure that we're all on the same page. The Studio Manager will take care of all paper backdrop setups and tear-downs. Please make sure you're not too close to the backdrop; if you can hear the paper rustling, you're too close. Any damage done to seamless paper backdrops will result in a charge of $5 per foot. Please refrain from touching or sitting against the paper backdrop, as body oil can stain and crease it. We have plexiglass down to protect the floor. Examples of damage include tears, stains, dirt footprints, and water or cake damage.
